This course uses whole Amakusa Daio chickens, a local chicken from Kumamoto delivered directly from the producer, and makes use of every last bit of the chicken in chicken ham, fried chicken, and mizutaki.This supreme Mizutaki was created after repeated trial and error in order to bring out the delicious flavor of the chicken.
